SECTION 1: CONTRIBUTOR

The contributor is the entity who is sending photo, multimedia, or other types of content to Firegirls.com for publication.  Firegirls.com purchases amateur content from individuals.  We do not typically purchase any materials from commercial producers or distributors.  However, the contributor may be either an individual or a business entity.  This section is the contributor's agreement with the publisher doing business as "Fire House Productions", its successor or assigns, that applies to all text (such as stories), photos (print or digital), video (tape or computer disc or files), audio, or artwork.  Payment is issued to the Contributor, who then becomes responsible for compensating all models involved.

By signing this document, the contributor declares that (a) the materials and/or data sent from the contributor to the publisher are sent with the intention of having them published; (b) the contributor is legally authorized to offer this material for sale; (c) the contributor vouches for the validity of the identification and legal age of the model indicated below on this form; and (d) the contributor accepts full responsibility for offering these materials and/or data for sale to the publisher, and holds the publisher harmless for any and all claims and complaints of loss or damage resulting from the publication thereof.

SECTION 2: MODEL

Any person appearing in the contributed material described in Section 1 of this form is a model.  This section of this form constitutes an agreement, waiver, and declarations of intended use and ownership of any recordings or representations of the person identified herein to the publishers of Firegirls.com, their successors or assigns, conveyed by the contributor identified above.  The person identified below must contract as an individual, not a business (the legal, individual identity must be established according to U.S. Federal Law 18§2257).  If the contributor and model are the same person, this section still must be completed.

By signing this document, the model declares that he or she (a) is over 18 years of age; (b) is the same individual indicated on this form and in unaltered copies of the identification documents provided; (c) is appearing in these recordings for fun, personal expression, and/or financial compensation to be provided by the contributor identified in Section 1 of this form (such compensation would be as per a separate agreement between the contributor and the model); (d) understands that these recordings are being submitted to the publisher indicated herein, specifically a publisher of erotic materials, and grants the publisher the rights to publish these recordings, and exercise creative license in the publishing thereof; (e) and that as popular as this genre of print and electronic media may be, there are many people globally, nationally, and possibly among the model's own community or familiars who find nudity, eroticism, and sexuality offensive, particularly when shared with others openly or in exchange for compensation; and therefore (f) the model releases the publisher and the contributor from all loss or liability for the resulting publication and distribution of any recordings or representations depicting or describing the model.
