The Quick Way.  The truth is that in the MAINSTREAM porn industry, the tried and true way to get a STRAIGHT acting part on camera is to be a friend of the director, or else the boyfriend of a REALLY hot girl, who insists on you (and only you) as her male partner.  If you end up getting a shot at it--and you can get hard, fuck well, and then cum on cue--all while people watch, cameras roll, and the director tells you how to fuck... you might get another shot, and eventually become a regular.
